January 2025 – Platinum Service Award Winners!

Education Mutual is excited to announce that we are proud winners of the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2025 – an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. After receiving the Gold Trusted Service Award for the past two consecutive years, we are honoured to now upgrade to Platinum, a testament to our continued dedication to the schools and trusts we serve.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our members for sharing their feedback on their Education Mutual experiences. Your honest and kind reviews have been instrumental in achieving this remarkable recognition. Without your support, we would not be celebrating this tremendous achievement as treble award winners!

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, congratulated the winners: “During these economically challenging times, it’s inspiring to see companies like Education Mutual consistently going above and beyond for their members. The Trusted Service Awards recognise businesses that don’t just meet expectations – they exceed them. These awards celebrate companies that gather genuine feedback and use it to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The dedication shown by this year’s winners sets a benchmark for customer service excellence.”

November 2024 – Trust Leaders People Strategy Survey

In response to the specific requests from Trust Leaders and our member Trusts, we’re expanding our research “School Business Leader Wellbeing Index”, to also include a Trust-focused edition! This additional version of the report will focus on the current state of School Business Leaders’ mental health and wellbeing within their roles in Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).

In October, we engaged with the SBL community to gather their thoughts and experiences regarding their mental health and wellbeing through our annual survey. As we develop this new report, we invite Trust leaders to share their insights through a quick survey. This tailored feedback will help us enhance the people strategy within MATs and strengthen support for SBLs across in the UK. We need your input to further understand a MATs current People Strategy to enhance support for School Business Leaders.

How to complete the survey:

The survey should be completed by yourself, a Trust leader (or a person whose job role encompasses such responsibilities).

It should take around 5 minutes to complete, depending on the answers given.

The survey will be live from Monday 4th November – Friday 29th November 2024.
