September 2024 – EM SBL Wellbeing Index 2025 – Survey now live

Education Mutual is excited to announce that the survey for the 2025 edition of the School Business Leader Wellbeing Index is now live for your participation!

This annual research gathers crucial insights into the mental health and wellbeing of those working in the education sector. We use the term “School Business Leader” to encompass a wide range of roles, including School Business Managers, School Business Leaders, HR and Admin staff. Your involvement is crucial for helping us to evaluate the current landscape and track improvements and changes within schools and trusts.

The survey is open from Monday 23rd September until 11pm on Friday 18th October 2024. Please take this opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings on the current state of your mental health and wellbeing, and you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 Amazon Voucher!
